This privacy policy governs your use of the software application AccuERP for mobile devices that is created by Accusol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Application implements mobile ERP solution that allows access to Businesses on the Go.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information 

The Application obtains the information you provide when working with the Application. All information is kept local at your own device except the device ID. The Application does not demand users to provide any personal information in any way nor store any of the users’ information. 

The application needs access to, is clearly stated:

In-app purchases
Allows the user to make purchases from within this app

Uses one or more of: accounts on the device, profile data

Uses one or more of: files on the device, such as images, videos or audio; the device’s external storage

Wi-Fi connection information
Allows the app to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and names of connected Wi-Fi devices

Wi-Fi connection information
Allows the app to control Bluetooth, including broadcasting to, or getting information about the nearby Bluetooth devices.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application collects only Device ID. It DO NOT store the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. The author of the Application does not use this information otherwise and does not share this information with any third party. 

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We do not share your information with third parties.  

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.  

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will not retain any ‘User provided’ data as the user is self responsible for management and backup of his local or synced data.  


We are not storing or requesting any user provided information within our own data center. The user is responsible for securing and backup of his/her own data. Specifically the Application is not storing or caching any of the users’ credit card or other payment methods. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. 


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place.
